OK, here is how to fix the "ordinal" error when installing BK6

First make a Backup of your data (if you do not have one)

Then UNinstall BK6 (from the Control Panel, Add Remove programs.)

Then go to C:\Windows\System32 and delete any of the following files if they
still exist. In other words, delete any file there starting with LT or LF and
ending with 12N.DLL or 12N.OCX

 ltocx12n.ocx
 ltkrn12n.dll
 LTDIS12n.dll
 ltfil12n.DLL
 ltimg12n.dll
 lttwn12n.dll
 ltefx12n.dll
 ltann12n.dll
 lfavi12n.dll
 lfbmp12n.dll
 LFCMP12n.DLL
 lfeps12n.dll
 lffax12n.dll
 lfimg12n.dll
 lflma12n.dll
 lflmb12n.dll
 lfmsp12n.dll
 lfpcx12n.dll
 Lfpng12n.dll
 lfpsd12n.dll
 lftif12n.dll
 lfwpg12n.dll
 lfmpg12n.dll
 lfpcd12n.dll

Then install BK6 again using the FULL install program - either BKSETUPE.EXE or
BKSETUP6.EXE and not the update
